Does matcha give you energy?

I’m soooo tired all the time lol. I have two toddler and a I’m pregnant. I don’t want to drink coffee because it makes me really anxious and I don’t find it works that well on me. 
I heard about matcha, I’m wondering if that helps anyone give them energy?

Technically it doesn't give you enerfy, it gets it from you yourself.
If you are constantly tired, then there is some other reason to fix. For example, are you anemic?

Matcha specifically makes me jittery and gives me a massive headache, too bad because I love the stuff. 😭

Well it has caffeign.  If the caffeign is what is causing the anxiousness it may have the same effect.    You might just have to try it and see how it goes.

Yes, matcha has a decent amount of caffeine in it. And it coffee makes you anxious, matcha is a good alternative to try because the caffeine in it is metabolized more slowly which can eliminate the caffeine anxiety

It should since there is caffeine in it, though if the caffeine in coffee is making you anxious, I suspect the matcha will too. Matcha has less caffeine though so you might be ok with it.
