Can't book an ultrasound!

Please help mom's to be out there...Im pregnant and 3 days ago I was told there was no fetal pole or heartbeat but my HCG levels did go up like they were supposed to... I don't know how far along I am 5 1/2 -6 weeks and I was supposed to get an ultrasound done and blood work today but everyone is booked.Ive been calling for 3 days and I don't know where I can go to get immediate results...Can anyone give me some options?
