If someone in front of you on the escalator dropped $60 would you keep it?

My mom was behind a young woman on an escalator and saw that she dropped $60. My mom ran after her to give it to her and the woman was so grateful. My mom admitted she thought about keeping it at first but she's glad she made "the right decision". I would give it back as well. Anyone out there that woukd keep money they found?
