My SO and I had sex on the 18th he came in me and I went on a trip the next day never got a plan b. Idk why I thought the chances were less likely right after the end of my period. I started getting cramps like a week later and I’m still getting cramps till today and I’ve been having an increase In appetite do y’all think it could just be pms?

The sperm can stay alive for upto a week inside you. So there is a possibility that you might be pregnant. Do a home test to be sure in the morning

If your fertility week is correct then it's not likely at all. The cramping a week later is probably ovulation, and anything after would be progesterone rising preparing for period
