Problems having sex

My boyfriend and I have been dating for 10 years

For the past 3 years our sex haven’t been good

We hardly have sex and when we do it’s only once a year it seems

I am always throwing myself at him and he says I haven’t behaved to wait two week and two weeks turns to nothing

We work together and we sometimes fight because of work just like Regular couples And for one small arrangement he always cancels sex

We are going for a year of not having sex what should I do ?
