Is implantation bleeding real??

Question

I am currently 8 dpo been having mild cramping & lower back pain & today I wiped to small streaks of blood (tmi sorry) but nothing since that..just curious if that could be implantation bleeding or just an early period and I'm getting my hopes up once again! :/ ttc one year with fertility meds- if I'm not pregnant this month my doctor has referred me To a fertility specialist :(

I'm in the same boat I had pink spotting one day and nothing since. I am currently due to start my 3rd round of clomid if af shows up praying she doesn't baby dust ✨✨✨✨✨
