Over 2 months of bleeding…

I’ve had the birth control implant (implanon) for 2.5 years and I am on track to getting it replaced in July. I like it because I don’t have to remember pills and it seems to work great for my lifestyle, but the bleeding is exhausting. For about 1.5 years my periods were irregular but for the most part normal but now i am constantly bleeding. I have been bleeding since the beginning of April. I thought this would go away after the first few months of having it so I am concerned, confused, and exhausted. Does anyone have experience with this??
