My one month old has two teeth coming in!

My daughter was born April 30th so she’s almost 6 weeks now. Well… she’s got her two bottom front teeth coming in.. 😬 I don’t really want to give her Tylenol or anything so young for pain, so I need recommendations because she seriously barely stops crying. She also looks like there MIGHT be a molar in the back starting but that one we aren’t 100% positive about we just definitely know the other two should be coming any time soon, they’re starting to break skin already.

Has anyone else’s baby’s got teeth this young? I feel like this is just WAY too early.
