Contact Napping

My sweet Amelia is 2 months old today. I love her to bits. However,she will only nap while being held, either in her carrier or in someone's arms. I love the closeness, but the lack of downtime is hard.

Plus, I have a 3.5 year old. She has been wonderful through the transition but I feel bad that I can't give her my full attention.

I'm blessed that Amelia sleeps in her bassinet at night, but she wakes up when I try putting her down for naps. I know I need to start putting her down to nap but I'm struggling. I go back to work mid-August, so I know I have time.

Anyone else contact napping with your baby?
