Yeast infection from hell?

Please help me. I have NEVER had a yeast infection like this. I have had itchy ones, this is straight pain. Originally, they thought UTI because I have all the symptoms, pain when urinating, frequent urination (I am 10 weeks pregnant but peeing every 5 minutes), lower abdominal pain, and constant vaginal burning whether peeing or not. UTI culture was completely clear. I had a UTI about a week and a half ago and about 3 days in the burning started but no more UTI. This doesn’t itch at all though so it’s hard for me to feel I have a yeast infection because I have never had pain like this. I have had a lot of egg white discharge (not ovulating, I’m pregnant) and I’ve seen some yeast on vagina but not much. How can a yeast infection do this?
