Red bumps?

Question

My 1 year old has these red bumps on his face. He also has 1 on his shoulder, 1 on his hand and 1 on his leg. Any ideas? Is it allergy related? He did just gets vaccines last week. He also cut 3 teeth this past week. Yesterday he had 3 spots on his face, but developed more today… Hand foot mouth?

Ehhh doesnt quite look like HFM. Wait it out a few days. If the rash gets worse and closer together and bloctchy then yes HFM, which unfortunately is going around. Does he have a diaper rash? Thats a huge indication HFM. It will be a nasty diaper rash that doesnt seem to go away no matter what you do. If it is HFM his nails can also peel back layer by layer.

Doesn't look like allergies. Could possibly be HFM. We are in the same boat right now with is it HFM or bug bites?

Probably not allergy related unless it spreads or it’s itchy…could just be a contact skin reaction..just keep an eye on them and if they get worse call or message his pediatrician. A lot of places let you use a patient portal to send pics and ask for non urgent medical advice so if you have that it’s a really good option for little stuff like this!
