Third times the charm? With my son and daughter my breast milk never really came in, I was able to bare minimum feed them as newborns but my supply never picked up, does that mean that the odds of it happening again are increased with this baby? Am I just doing something wrong? TIA

Did you see an LC? Unless you've been diagnosed with insufficient glandular tissue, odds are you'll be able to successfully breastfeed with the right support for this baby. Studies have also shown that milk supply increases for subsequent babies and that the increase is most significant for those moms who previously underproduced.

There are so many things that can contribute to low supply and often times it's something that can be fixed pretty easily with the help of a professional.

Nope, every pregnancy is different and that includes the fourth trimester.  Example would by my friend who just had her third baby had never felt her letdown with the first two but gets a really strong sensation and letdown with this one.  Definitely use an LC and wishing you best of luck!
