Pregnancy of unknown location

Today I went for an ultrasound and they said that they couldn’t see anything and that it was a “pregnancy with an unknown location” and were concerned that it was ectopic. They did my HCG bloods on Thursday and it was 600, they repeated it on Saturday and it was 1600 and again today which was 2059 (it’s progressing but not doubling)

They said it’s either,

- an early pregnancy (I do suffer with irregular periods quite badly)

- an ectopic pregnancy

- a miscarriage

I have to go back in 48hrs for more blood tests. I’ve been crying my eyes out all day after hearing this. I have no pain and deffo no blood and my cervix feels closed. Should I worry or because I have no pain and no blood it could be promising?
