heart murmur

So my baby was born with a heart murmur from a hole in his heart, they told me it was gone every appointment he’s been to and now at almost 4 months their saying it’s back? Has this happened to anyone? im so upset about it and that’s all they said cause his normal pediatrician was out and my mind is just going crazy!! I need some reassurance and they didn’t give me anything but stress.
