Considering A second child need help!!

Hello, I've always considered myself a lesbian ( well for the last 14 ) years.. I'm the mother of a teenage son but recently ( within the last 1.5 years ) I've realized I am attracted to men as well.. My problem is that I have desperately wanted another child for the last 8 years and have recently in the last 2 years spoke with a couple platonic male friends about helping me to have a baby and one actually said yes and I thought we were trying but he really wasn't .. I just don't know what to do .. I don't have the money to get artificially inseminated.. It is heartbreaking
