What do Braxton Hicks feel like?

Currently a few days shy of 30 weeks and experiencing this for the first time. I'm having period like cramps. It'll hurt for a minute or two but then it goes away. It really does feel like I'm on my period. Seems to happen when I lay down. No blood or any unusual discharge. Baby is still just a wiggling like always.

I think Braxton hicks is just a tightening in your tummy. More uncomfortable not painful

Your belly will get really tight and bunch up..don't want you having more than 4 in an hour usually....so time them if you keep having them.
