i want to move states

can anybody who moved from one state to another give me some advice ? i’m looking to move from PA to SC. we found a town we love, been stalking on zillow from months and plenty of homes we love. but a couple of things are holding us back. for one i’m not sure how to go about finding a job in a new state. i do customer service and administrative work and it’s family owned company so i can’t just transfer. although i do have contact with the HR manager at a company i plan on working for at the end of the summer (after my classes are over) for a contract to hire job and i know they have locations in the town we want to move to. only thing is it would be about 6 months from now till we could talk about that since it’s 3 months of training till i would be officially hired at the company. so would it be smarter to do that ? (+ this job would pay more than most customer service positions i see in SC) my next question would be about how to find a house, it would be our first time buying and i’m pretty sure we would go with a FHA loan since we don’t have enough savings to put 20% down. but if i wanted to go through a realtor would i look for one in PA or in SC ? same with if i look for a mortgage broker ? anything else i should know ? i feel so lost and not sure where to start 😩
