Ok so was pos for hpv for the past 5 years i get my pap ever six month but this time it came out bad so i was on clomid 2 cycle but now my GYN asking me

To hold off so i been but here and there i did had sex with out protection so again. Was called in today to get result of my Colposcopy and biopsy she said no cancer but still shows high cells now i have to go through small surgery to remove Cone shape part of my cervix to remove the cells and if not pregnant she said to really hold for 6 month this really sucks. Has anyone been thru this
