Today my 3 year old got a nasty sun burn on her face. We were at an event and it was rainy all

Morning so I didn’t even think to bring sunscreen and a hat, it got sunny and we were only in it for about an hour but now she has a little red face. More so over the bridge of her nose and cheeks. It doesn’t seem to be bothering her at all but it sure is red. Any idea what I can put on it or will it fade and heal on its own?
