Early pregnancy symptoms

My period was on supposed to be on Monday that just passed so I'm late and I have been noticing changes in my body. For example I usually have a regular discharge and lately it has stopped and I get frequent headaches and I pee a lot does that mean I'm pregnant and still no signs of my period coming any time soon... Plz help
