STI? Yeast infection?

Hello I am wanting to get an opinion on some thing so about a week or so ago I came home from working out and did not change out of my clothes or take a shower until I believe that night or the next morning. A couple days ago I noticed that my vagina was very tender especially the back of it, then I noticed two bumps that had arisen near the tender area. My discharge is creamy and white there are open, I think it is a blister, they could just be raw areas. My pee will sting when I use the restroom if I do not drink water. I don’t know if it’s genital herpes I don’t know how I would’ve gotten it or if it’s just a UTI (I have had a UTI before where my pee does not sting and nothing was irritated so I am very confused on what this could be)

or something else but I am getting worried I have an appointment with my gynecologist tomorrow but I just wanted to see if anyone else had any opinions

I have also developed white spots in the back of my throat and it is hard for me to swallow so I do not know if I have contracted a yeast infection that’s turned into thrush.

Update: I will get results from swabs on Thursday, but my gyno said it is most likely herpes.

Update: I was diagnosed with HSV-1 on my genitals. Just getting over my initial outbreak, the pain was awful, stinging when i peed and crazy long lesions, but was put on Valtrex twice a day for 7 days and it worked wonders. Within 3 days of taking the medication, the pain was gone and the lesions were healing! Hopefully I dont get outbreaks too often 🙏🏼
