Boss ?

I notice my manager ignores my work questions. I’ll put a question into the chat and she won’t respond but responds to others. She also always asks me questions first. She’d do random quizzes and I’m always the first person she calls on.

In the chat today I asked her a question and I put a question mark ?. She responded with ??. So I explained what I meant and she didn’t say anything.

Happens everyday. My questions are easy to understand.

One time she said she didn’t understand what I asked so she didn’t reply.

She also mentioned that she doesn’t think I’m paying attention.

She doesn’t reply to my questions, but monitors me super hard. If it seems like I’m off tasks she’s super fast at asking me what’s up.
