TMI cramps during and after sex

I just wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing this. I mentioned it to my ob and she said it was normal. At first she wanted to rule out uti so I took a test and it came back negative. She said it’s common but I’ve asked friends and relatives and I feel singled out lol.

Anyone else experience cramping when achieving orgasm or after ? I notice that I start to cramp quickly and my belly feels pretty heavy if I go on top. I should mention It’s those type of cramps u get when u have air trapped in ur belly after a long run. Not period like.
