Im here for the comments because I don’t understand either. Deleting your data or the app does nothing its already in the cloud. You cannot be charged with a crime if nothing is set in stone. If you have had previous abortions or miscarriages it’s nothing they can do about it. Stop listening to misleading propaganda and do your own research.

i understand the fear, but honest to god- governments can’t keep murderers, drug dealers, rapists, and abusers off the streets; so why the fuck does everyone think a SWAT team is just gonna kick your door down over a missed and then logged period on an app. 
the propaganda and fear mongering is outrageous right now. i in no way agree or stand by what has happened with the abortion laws, but there are not going to be people sitting down, going through BILLIONS of peoples period app records and current loggings just to see if they had a miscarriage or abortion, and then go through the effort of tracking them all down and prosecuting them. sometimes the media isn’t the one to scare everyone, people do that themselves.

The government has the ability to gain access to the data that  is entered (yes it’s true, you can go read all the fine print ) and if you enter you had a missed period but then suddenly log getting period , and they suspect you of have gotten an abortion , they can come after you

I guess because it could be viewed as medical records and if someone decides to press criminal charges against you for having an abortion in a state where it’s illegal, they can subpoena your medical records and prove that you tracked you were pregnant

I’m sorry but the government going after women for having a suspected abortion is the most dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. It’s a states issue now not federally protected that’s the only difference. So if you need an abortion and can’t get to another state where it’s legal, that’s the problem, but even then, it’s a doctor that preforms it outside of a states law that would be prosecuted. The feds don’t hunt down marijuana dispensaries unless they aren’t following regulations. And even then…. There are still illegal immigrants, growers/manufacturers of drugs and not to mention thousands who live off of disability who aren’t disabled and tax evaders…you really think the government is going to subpoena for this data to prosecute you in the event that you supposedly have an abortion? There’s just not enough man power. The doctors that do it under the table will more likely be prosecuted then a girl on an app who may had forgotten to log their period.

The government tracks everything you do anyways. The fearmongering these days by politicians and mainstream media is beyond words. I enjoy this app as it is a helpful tracker and I’m not doing anything wrong, so I have no reason to delete anything. We CA tax payers are unwillingly paying for out of staters to receive an abortion as per the great politicians of CA decided without asking the people!
