Transition into own rooms?

When did you parents start transitioning your LO into their own rooms?
Tonight Is our first night in seperate rooms with our 11 month old boy. 
My anxiety is through the roof, I do have a camera on him and can see he's okay. But im not liking this transition one bit😭 
But we needed to do this sooner rather than later as we also have a little one on the way in 2 months.

My first and my second moved out of my room and into a room together the same night. They were 3.5 years old and 17 months old. I was 5 months pregnant. I didn't handle it well at all. My husband works nights so it was just me alone and them in another room. I cried a lot lol. My 17 month old really did not give a flying f that he got moved but he is autistic and not social and was in his own bed already. My 3.5 year old had a rough time but he'd always slept in my bed so he moved to a new room and to a new bed. I had to stay in bed with him until he fell asleep for months.

My twins were in their own room from the day we brought them home from nicu.  Just had a baby monitor in their room.  We kept our daughter in our room the first 6 months at night, but she napped in her crib in her room during the day so it wasn’t hard to transition her.  I only had her in our room so long because our twins were only 2 and I wanted to be able to get to her quickly if she cried so that she wouldn’t wake up our toddlers.

For our first we switched at 2.5 months, but our second we waited til 5 months, but that was because he still occasionally woke every few nights so I didn’t want to deal with potentially having to get up and walk to his room in the night🤪 selfish reasons!

I don’t remember with my first but my second was 4 months because my husband snores so loud that my son couldn’t get to sleep after he woke up during sleep cycles. This one we might do earlier that 4 months but maybe not depends on how baby does.

I'm a FTM, and my daughter's been sleeping in her room since we came back from hospital. She is 3 months already, she hates the crib, but loves the big bed she's sleeping on. 😁😁
