Nausea and diarrhea at 33 weeks. Labor?

I’m nauseous and vomiting all day and night now. And the diarrhea is insane. Didn’t experience any pregnancy symptoms till now. I’ve also been experiencing back pain and a lot of bh Contractions. Is this a sign of labor?

You could possibly be having contractions due to the vomiting and the dehydration that comes along with vomiting and diarrhea.
Fluids and rest!! if it progresses with rest and lots of water possible to call in and get a suggestion on next steps!

This literally happened to me last night! The contractions were so strong and were between 2-4 mins apart for about 45 mins. We almost went to the hospital. I'm 32 weeks. And I was nauseous and had diarrhea too. At first I didn't, it felt like I had to go but I wouldn't then towards the end I finally did. Idk why it happened but hopefully she will stay cooking a little longer!
