Nauseous

So I’m nauseous all day long. Always feeling like I’m going to puke along with dizziness and my head feels foggy. I’m having a hard time finding food to eat but I have found a few. I can stomach crackers w cheese grapes cream of chicken and unfortunately something I always crave is a bologna sandwhich. Which I’ve heard you are not suppose to eat. It makes me so sad because there is really not much I can stomach :( I hate everything I usually eat. Today I felt wonderful and I can’t help but think it’s because I broke down and ate bologna 😔 I’m sure my body is missing some nutrient but I’m not sure what and where to get it that’s safe.
