Possible Clogged Tear Duct?

My son’s right eye is irritated, and I was wondering if it could be a clogged tear duct. When he wakes up from a nap, his eye has boogers in it. I’ve been using a warm wash cloth on it.

My sons eyes were like this! His skin would get irritated all the time. I would put cream without odor or perfume on his skin to hydrate. It usually resolves on its own before 1. My sons eyes did. One solved when he was around 3 months and the other one when he was 11 months. The doc can also prescribe something a little stronger and it works wonders.
