Someone please help

I found out and got antibiotics for a kidney infection 2 weeks ago today i took a home pregnancy test which came back positive then i went to the doctors to get one and that is positive as well but i read on the internet that they can cause false positives. I am 4 weeks they said i have mild cramps. Does anyone have any info or experience?
