Do curb walking. One foot up on the curb. Other on the road. One way for a block. Then the other opposites, back. Put me into labor with my last baby.

Yes, it's normal. There is a lot more than one would think in there. I've lost mine in one large chunk while laboring on the toilet with both of my deliveries. It is substantial lol Try to keep active and your hips open! Good luck.
