Dpo 4/Nausea/extremely exhausted

A couple nights ago I woke up at 2 am and threw up 4 times, the night after I went to bed nauseous and took a nausea pill then I woke up this morning and was so nauseous I was dry heaving at work in the bathroom.

I’ve also been EXTREMELY exhausted, I’ve taken almost 3 hour naps, and no matter if I have caffeine or not I’m constantly tired and I have no motivation. I’ve also been extremely emotional…could it be my hormones gearing up for implantation?
