Birth control annoying

I’ve been on Diane 35 a few years back especially because I had terrible hormonal cystic acne. I eventually stopped taking it because it made me nauseous. I got pregnant a year later. After giving birth I went on the depo shot I had no issues but one. I still had periods, but spotting too much between. I spotted more than I wasn’t bleeding. I didn’t gain weight didn’t feel bad. The spotting started to become a lot more frequent and annoying I had been on it for over 2 years so I asked to switch. Went back on Diane 35. Not much appetite. Regular period during 7 day break. Buttttttt…… before my period I go on a crazy rollercoaster of emotions!! Now I get nauseous again especially if I have to double up. And my sex drive is completely gone 😔
