Baby Measuring 2 weeks behind

Has anyone else experience this and went on to have a healthy pregnancy. I’m 7wrk3day now but I had a scan yesterday at 7wrk2day based on my LMP and I was measuring 5wrk2day the lady who did the sonogram says that everything was ok and looked good i have had very light pink spotting for about 5 days now and only when I wipe mixed in mucus…I told her prior to ultrasound and asked her was she sure everything was ok even with the spotting and she said yes…I’m not cramping and I still have very strong pregnancy symptoms I have even vomited yesterday after app and again today I have been testing everyday since spotting started and my lines are very dark….I just wanted some advice and to see if anyone have Experienced this before we head to have a healthy pregnancy
