Organ/blood/marrow donations

Very straightforward question….should people be forced to donate blood, organs, marrow, or plasma to those in need? If it is the difference between life d and my death for the other person, should you be forced to donate parts of your body?

What if you are the driver in a vehicle accident and one of your passengers is injured in a car accident? Even if it’s not your fault, as the driver, you knew the risks involved and got behind the wheel. Even if a driver under the influence hit your car, should it be legal to demand your body/body parts to save theirs?

Edit to add: does another human’s right to life negate your right to bodily autonomy?
