4 year old “demanding” things from me

**For the record, he is not neurotypical but is in between diagnoses** I say this because a lot of the normal advice like “talk to him about how it makes you feel” will not work with him.

Regardless, I want to nip this behavior in the bud. He talks to me like a servant. “Mommy, give me some lunch right now!” “Give me a new toy from the store right now. Buy me something or I’m going to scream!” “Give me more spaghetti right now mom!” He says this all very meanly. And if he doesn’t get what he wants immediately, he screams, throws stuff, or even tries to hit me. He is NOT in therapy yet because we have no official diagnosis yet. Insurance is taking forever with the referral.
