1-2 weeks means you are 3-4 weeks along.

Way too early for an ultrasound, very surprised they did one. You were lucky to see a gestational sac at 4 weeks.

Most likely won’t see anything because it’s too early.  I went in at 5weeks because I was bleeding they only saw a sac. Went back at 7weeks saw a baby.
