How soon did labor start after losing mucus plug?

I have been losing mine in pieces on and off for 2 weeks now and no labor yet, but today I’m losing a lot more than usual. My husband and I are sick (Im 37w6d) so I’m really hoping I don’t go into labor for at least a few more days.

With my first i lost it a couple hours before i started active labor…my second i never lost it…..35 +3 n i just lost it an hour ago so we’ll see

I’ve had two bloody shows now (37+1, 37+5) and I’m still losing more normal colored mucus plug daily and I’m still pregnant (38+4). 😫🥴😵‍💫 lol

I was losing bits for a couple of weeks too, but then when I lost a big lump it was about a week before I went into labor at 39+6
