Need to Vent

My ex is a narcissist, probably sociopathic wouldn’t surprise me. We have 2 kids together. Our son just turned 6 & our daughter will be 4 in a couple weeks. She is tiny btw, 30 pounds. She’s built like me. Long story short, when I divorced him, he’s been using the kids to hurt me. I’ve been fighting him for almost 3 years now over the parenting plan. I’ve got a lawyer now but she sucks & I’m trying to look into getting a better one. It’s all about control to him & getting back at me for leaving him. Anyone who knows a narcissist, knows what I’m going through. This F***er gets away with it all. Has everyone fooled. He thinks he’s superior & above everyone & everything including the law. Here’s the issue currently. He’s been putting our THREE year old in a backless booster ok. It’s more convenient for him & he doesn’t want to deal w/a carseat. He’s also in his 60’s so idk what they did back in his day but he seems to think they don’t need anything. I made him install her carseat back twice now. Unfortunately car seat law here in Fl I found out I can’t do anything to report him & they can’t do anything unless he’s pulled over & the cop happens to see. He never gets pulled over so that’s zero help. I tried reporting him & this is what they told me 😡😭 I didn’t think he’d stoop this low but guess what?! Now he’s taken both their seats out!! No booster for our son & no carseat or booster even for our 3 year old! He must of found out he’s untouchable unless he’s pulled over w/the kids. He literally has our babies riding in the car with nothing but the seatbelt that they are too small for. He lets them buckle themselves in too & doesn’t check. I feel helpless & scared if they ever got in an accident. He’s also put in their heads that they don’t need their car seats & to not like them. All I can think to do is to take pictures if I get the chance for proof. Will they do something then or just tell me the same crap?! What kind of POS excuse for a parent does this?! Him that’s who & he just gets away with everything & I’m sick of it. He’s crossed the line putting our babies lives in danger. How do I handle this? 🤯
