So I’m 5 weeks pregnant.. but I’ve started bleeding like this and I have blood clots when I pee.. my test still come out as positive.. should I be worried 💔

Your tests can still show positive because you’ll still have hcg in your system. Definitely call your OB and have them do some testing.
