Stretching/tightening uterus

My uterus feels like its expanding and then loosening and it happens periodically throughout the day. It’s not painful at all just a weird sensation. I had a previous MC and chemical and also had this feeling.. I’m trying to decide if it has to do with loss or just pregnancy. I don’t remember having it with the pregnancy of my son though... Can anyone tell me if you have experienced this same feeling and it was fine?

(I hope this is okay to post here, I’ve been involved in the TTC group for so long on and off after MC’s and feel like maybe guys could answer this best)
