First Symptoms?

Have any of you ladies had this feeling you were pregnant based off some sort of change or you noticed something?  What was the first thing you noticed and what was it like for you?

I didn’t have a feeling that I was pregnant. I felt like I was about to start my period. My symptoms were cramping and sore breast just like when my period is about to start. I had pink spotting when I wiped when period was due and the next day light brownish. I suspected I was pregnant when period never fully came. After I missed my period, I tested positive.
