I had very sore breast my first pregnancy my second I didn’t feel a thing

Tender breasts are expected in pregnancy. They will often feel less tender later in pregnancy. Massage them, put hot compresses - helped me a lot. I would just sit and massage the areas of hardened painful tissue and put a heat pad on after and they are so much better now
