Sleep/routine
My baby will be 3 months on the 15th. We haven’t really set a Routine up for him to follow because I recently went back go work this past couple months & he started going to a private daycare. Only Routine about his day is he usually falls asleep around 8/9 depending on how tired he is. He still sometimes does not nap throughout the day and then there is days where it feels he will sleep all day. I am extremely blessed that he sleeps through out the night. But since we follow his cues it’s bedtime around 8/9 and then he usually wakes up around 5. Sometimes goes to sleep after feeding (formula feeding only) but I was wondering if there was a way that I could train him to sleep longer? Or will be when time comes. Waking up at 5 makes for very long days. Especially when it’s the weekend. I’m a dental assistant so I do work from 8-5 Monday-Friday. Any type of advice will help!
