Early labor?

I'm 35+6 today. I've been having irregular,

painful contractions and cramping all day.

had a doctors appointment at 8am and I was

2cm dilated. Since then I've had a bunch

more really painful/uncomfortable

contractions but they're all over the place

and not regular. I'm extremely nauseous and

I've been having diarrhea all day. Plus some

watery discharge (more than normal but not

anything crazy). Should I call my provider?

I'm not exactly sure what they could even do

for me at this point and I hate feeling like I'm

wasting their time. I have a repeat c section

scheduled at 39 weeks
