Covid headache remedies???

Well it happened after 2.5 years and getting 3 vaccinations, I finally got covid. I started getting a sore throat Saturday, then I woke up with a fever of 102 yesterday and it lasted all day and wouldn’t go down with medicine, cool washcloths, anything.

This morning it’s finally down to 100, but my head hurts SO BAD I can’t sleep. I can’t eat. I can’t think. I have taken Tylenol and ibuprofen, I tried an ice pack on my head, I tried a cool shower, I’ve been staying hydrated. Nothing takes the headache away. Nothing!! Whenever I cough too it feels like my head will explode. And I go into coughing fits now so bad I can’t breathe

I’m about to try caffeine it’s the only thing left I can think of. Or maybe Sudafed?? Someone help 😭 I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. The pain is so intense. I just want to sleep but it hurts too bad. I’ve barely slept.
