Mini crib

Question

Has anyone had a mini crib and a regular one? Is the size really enough to make a difference? How long can a baby use a mini crib?

We have this one in white, we purchased it almost 5 years ago for my son and we used it without the front rail to cosleep, we added the front rail around 6 months and he stayed in it for like a little bit less than 2 years we switched to a toddler bed, we’re currently using it for my daughter also cosleeping we chose mini cause we started in an studio so we were cramped

Yes. I have both and there’s a big difference in size. By 6 months my daughter looked cramped in the mini crib. So we switched her to the regular crib. It did work out just long enough to transition my oldest to a big girl bed before switching though
