People hate my babies because of their skin. Should I of said more?

I went to bargain hunt just to get out of the house today. I was so happy, because I found some deals. My newly 2 year old son found this big ball, he kept dropping it so I didn’t get it for him.

Maybe it’s a sign I didn’t, because I would’ve turned around and this racist would’ve said something to my kids? Who knows?

Anyways, this guy was behind me in checkout. I was having a hard time opening the door because I had my children (2 and 8 month) in a double stroller. I honestly though he was going to help hold the door but when we got outside, he started yelling at me. He called me “skank” and said, “your Guatemalan children are ugly. They are so ugly! They don’t deserve to live and you are a skank” he said more but I blocked it out.

I went back inside of bargain hunt so that someone can escort me out.

Who does this? I’m also far from a skank. I’m a Pentecostal, and I was wearing my long skirt, my hair was tied up and I was in a t-shirt.

I went to my husbands store (he owns a store) and I saw like green laser lights. 3 in a roll and then went to the police station. I was paranoid to say the least.

I am so glad I decided to leave my 4 year old ADHD son at home! He gets upset easily and he’s so smart! Smarted then any 4 year old I’ve met!

Is this the life I have to deal with now? Being married to a Guatemalan and having mix children? How do I deal with it? If this happens again, and my children understand what’s going on, what do I tell them?
