No period not pregnant

Hello, just after a bit of advise, I'm a 3 days late which I never am, I've tuck a couple pregnancy tests & it's negative, also probably didn't need to take one anyways as fella did c*m in me when we did have sex

Not sure what to do, I've tracked my ovulation and didn't ovulate late so that wouldn't of been the issue, I'm confused & worried as I've never really had to deal with late periods before.

Is this also going to affect my next ovulation ?
