Advice!?

Recently I hooked up with this guy ( Saturday) and we used protection. While having sex he tells me the condom gets stuck and help me take it out later. Fast forward today Im using the bathroom and basically piss a condom out. Im so confused because i seen him take the one from that night out. Im on birth control so I know pregnancy isn’t an option. But why does this keep happening? This would be considered the 3rd condom being “stuck” ( 1 from a previous partner & 2 from him?) Im honestly just scared because I try to practice safe sex but this keeps occurring. Is it me???
