Lock on my door

Im 25, still live with my parents. I am working to hopefully one day afford to move out but also in grad school. Moving out is not an option rn. My mom refuses to let me get a lock on my room door. She does not knock, she walked in on me changing a lot of times, when im on the phone, when im doing work. I just asked and said if I pay for it can I get a lock on my door, she got super offended and started yelling at me. Can someone offer some advice? Is she being toxic? I feel so guilty for wanting to grow up….
